Hexokinase Activity Assay Kit (Colorimetric) (CAT#: CB-P143-K) Datasheet

Product Type
Kit
Description
The hexokinase activity assay kit is simple to use, sensitive, and fast. It can detect hexokinase activity below 0.1 mU/well.
In the hexokinase assay protocol, hexokinase converts glucose into glucose 6-phosphate. Glucose 6-phosphate is then oxidized by glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase to form NADH. NADH reduces the colorless probe to a colored product with strong absorbance at 450 nm.
