Description
The LDH assay kit (cytotoxicity, Fluorometric) provides a sensitive, fast, and simple to detect LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) released from damaged cells.
In LDH analysis, LDH converts lactic acid into pyruvate and NADH, thereby reducing the proprietary probe to a strong fluorescent product (Ex / Em = 535/587 nm).
The assay is suitable for high-throughput format and can be completed in less than 20 minutes. Sensitivity: ~100 cells. Each measurement requires 5µl of cell culture medium.
