Description
The glucose oxidase activity assay kit uses a simple colorimetric assay to measure the glucose oxidase (GOx) activity in cell and tissue extracts and biological fluids. The assay can be performed in a convenient 96-well or 384-well format. And it is easy to adjust and can be automated without separation or cleaning steps.
The glucose oxidase assay protocol uses a red probe to monitor glucose oxidase activity, which leads to an increase in absorbance, which can be easily detected at OD575 nm.

Glucose oxidase assay protocol summary:
- add samples and standards to wells
- add glucose oxidase reaction mix
- analyze every 2-3 mins with a microplate reader in kinetic mode for at least 10-30 mins at 37°C
