Description
The fructose assay kit (Fluorometric) can measure free fructose during the formation of metabolites treated with enzymes, and the metabolites react with the probe to produce Fluorometric (Ex / Em = 535/587 nm). The kit provides a simple, highly sensitive, and reliable for high-throughput assay of D-fructose. Glucose interference can be eliminated by using the sample cleanup mixture. The kit can detect 5 to 500 picomoles of fructose per well.
