Product Type Kit
Description
The L-lactic acid assay kit (colorimetric) uses a measurement protocol in which lactic acid is oxidized by lactate dehydrogenase to produce a product that interacts with the probe to produce color (λmax = 450 nm).
The kit can detect L(+)-lactic acid in biological samples such as serum or plasma, cells, tissues, cell cultures and fermentation media.
