Due to the limitation of technology and sample source, it is impossible to complete the cross-reaction test for all related or similar substances. Therefore, this kit may have cross-reaction with other untested substances.

Handling Advice
1. Preparation of standards, reagents and samples before experiment;
2. Add sample (standard and sample) 100µL, incubate at 37°C for 1 hour;
3. Aspirate and discard, add 100μL of detection solution A, and incubate at 37°C for 1 hour;
4. Wash the plate 3 times;
5. Add 100µL of detection solution B and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes;
6. Wash the plate 5 times;
7. Add 100µL of substrate and incubate at 37°C for 10 minutes;
8. Reading.
