Bradford Protein Assay (CAT#: CB-P005-K) Datasheet

Description
The Bradford protein assay is based on the modified Coomassie Blue G method. The dye forms a blue complex with protein, and the color intensity measured at 595nm is directly proportional to the protein concentration in the sample. Our optimized formulation can greatly reduce the interference of substances in the original sample and show higher sensitivity to peptides.
Features
• Sensitive and accurate. Use 10 mL sample. The detection range in 96-well plate analysis is 0.06-1.0 mg/mL protein.
• Simple and high throughput. The "mix and read" procedure involves adding a single working reagent and reading the optical density. High-throughput analysis can be easily automated in 96-well plates, and thousands of samples can be processed every day.
• Low interference. Glucose, Tris, vitamins and amino acids, DNA, RNA, salt, EDTA (<12 mM), phenol (<50 mM), urea (<0.6 M), Triton (<0.1%) and SDS (<0.1% SDS ) do not interfere with the measurement.
• Versatility: It can be measured in 96-well plates or cuvettes.
