MTT Cell Viability Assay (CAT#: CB-P047-K) Datasheet

Description
Creative Biolabs' MTT cell viability analysis is optimized to achieve maximum sensitivity, reproducibility and long shelf life. Assays based on homogeneous cells can be performed in multi-well plates. This reagent is compatible with all media and all liquid handling systems, and can be used for high-throughput screening applications in 96-well and 384-well plates. Applications include cell proliferation, cytotoxicity and apoptosis.
Features
•Safety. Non-radioactive assay (see 3H-thymidine incorporation assay).
•Sensitive and accurate. It can accurately quantify as little as 950 cells.
•save time. High-throughput analysis is performed in 96 wells, and tens of thousands of samples can be processed simultaneously every day.
•Similar and convenient. Single reagent and "mixed culture measures" type of determination. No washing and reagent transfer steps are involved.
•Rugged and durable, suitable for HTS. It is observed that the Z factor is 0.5 or more. The HTS liquid handling system can be easily automated.
Applications
Homogeneous detection of cell viability, proliferation, cytotoxicity and high-throughput screening of anticancer drugs.
