Description
The colorimetric LDH cytotoxicity assay kit is a simple and powerful method that can evaluate the cytotoxic effect on cells by measuring the activity of LDH in the cell culture supernatant. This assay measures cell death in the form of apoptosis and necrosis in which the response to cytotoxic reagents leads to apoptosis, resulting in the release of LDH into the cell space.
