Anti-Human C5aR Monoclonal Antibody (clone W17/1) -0.5 mg (CAT#: CB-P361-AB) Datasheet

Product Type
Antibody
Description
Human anaphylatoxin C5a is a 74-residue glycopolypeptide, which is produced by proteolytic cleavage of complement factor C5 during complement activation. It can be proved that the various biological effects caused by C5a make it take granulocytes and macrophages as the main target cells and become important mediators of inflammation. All cellular responses to C5a are mediated through interaction with membrane-bound C5a receptors, which are seven transmembrane GTP-binding protein-coupled receptors of the rhodopsin supergene family. The C5a receptor is approximately 45 kDa.
