Description
Creative Biolabs' starch assay kit can provide a simple and accurate assay to measure the starch content in various samples. In the measurement, starch is hydrolyzed into glucose and then oxidized to produce color (570 nm) and Fluorometric (Ex / Em = 535/587 nm). This assay can detect between 0.0004 and 2 mg/ml starch.
