Phosphoglucose Isomerase Activity Assay Kit (Colorimetric) (CAT#: CB-P175-K) Datasheet

Product Type
Kit
Description
Creative Biolabs' phosphoglucose isomerase activity assay kit (colorimetric) is a assay in which PGI (phosphoglucose isomerase) converts fructose 6 phosphate into glucose 6 phosphate. Glucose-6-phosphate is oxidized by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase to form a product, which reacts with a colorless probe to produce a strong absorption at 450 nm. PGI assay is simple, sensitive and fast, and can detect glucose phosphate isomerase activity of less than 0.1 mU/reaction.
