Description
Hexokinase activity assay kit (Fluorometric) provides a simple, sensitive and rapid to monitor the activity of hexokinase (HK) in cells, serum, and animal and plant tissues. In this assay, HK converts glucose into glucose 6-phosphate, and then glucose undergoes a series of reactions and reduces the sensitive probe to generate a strong fluorescent product, which can be easily detected at Ex / Em = 535/587 nm.
