This kit is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit for analyzing the presence of 50% complement hemolysis (CH50) ELISA kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradient of the kit standard or positive control can provide a theoretical assay range of the kit in biological research samples containing CH50. The ELISA analysis biochemical technology of this kit is based on the CH50 antibody-CH50 antigen interaction (immunoadsorption) and HRP colorimetric assay system, which can detect the CH50 antigen target in the sample. ELISA kit is used to detect natural CH50, not recombinant CH50. Suitable sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. The quality control analysis to assess repeatability determined the intra-analytical CV (%) and inter-analytical CV (%).
