Description Creative Biolabs' ATPase / GTPase analysis kit provides a highly sensitive method to determine the activity of ATPase / GTPase in the form of a microplate. Its proprietary formula has a single reagent that can accurately measure enzyme activity within 30 minutes at room temperature. The modified malachite green reagent forms a stable dark green with free phosphate, which is measured on a microplate reader (600-660 nm).
