Description Creative Biolabs' ATP Analysis Kit (luminescence) provides a fast method to measure intracellular ATP. A single working reagent lyses the cells to release ATP. In the presence of luciferase, ATP immediately reacts with the substrate D-luciferin to produce light. Light intensity is a direct measure of the ATP concentration in the cell. This non-radioactive, homogeneous cell-based assay is performed in microplates. This reagent is compatible with all liquid handling systems and is suitable for high-throughput screening of 96-well and 384-well plates.
