Description
Creative Biolabs' fluorescent protein analysis kit is based on an improved phthalaldehyde method. This reagent reacts with primary amines in proteins or peptides to form blue fluorescent products, which can detect nanogram-level proteins. The fluorescence intensity (Ex / Em = 360 / 450nm) is directly proportional to the protein concentration in the sample.
Features
•Fast and sensitive. The measurement is completed in a few minutes. The linear detection range is 0.05-200 ug/mL BSA.
•Convenient and high throughput. Homogeneous "mixed cultivation measures" type determination. No washing and reagent transfer steps are involved. The HTS liquid handling system can be easily automated and can process thousands of samples per day.
