Product Type Kit
Description In Creative Biolabs' phosphoglucose mutant enzyme activity assay kit (colorimetric), PGM (phosphoglucoamylase) can convert 1 phosphate glucose into 6 phosphate glucose. Glucose-6-phosphate is oxidized by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase to form NADH, thereby reducing the colorless probe to a colored product with strong absorption at 450 nm. The glucose phosphate mutant enzyme assay kit is simple, sensitive, and rapid, and can detect PGM activity even less than 1 mU/reaction.
