Description
Maltose and glucose assay kits can measure glucose or maltose levels in various biological samples (such as serum, plasma, body fluids, food, growth medium, etc.). The assay is based on the ability of glucose oxidase to specifically oxidize free glucose to produce products that interact with glucose probes. The amount of the product can be colorimetric (OD = 570 nm spectrophotometry) or Fluorometric (Ex / Em = 535/587 nm).
