Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Assay Kit (Fluorometric) (CAT#: CB-P157-K) Datasheet

Product Type
Kit
Description
The Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Assay Kit (Fluorometric) provides a quick and easy to monitor lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in a variety of samples. In this assay, LDH converts lactic acid into pyruvate and NADH, the latter reacts with a specific fluorescent probe to produce a strong fluorescent product (Ex / Em = 535/587 nm).
