Description
In the glucose-1-phosphate assay kit, in the presence of glucose 1,6-diphosphate glucose, phospho-phosphate mutase converts G1P (glucose-1-phosphate) into glucose 6-phosphate; subsequently, glucose- Glucose 6-phosphate is oxidized by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase to form NADH, which reduces the colorless probe to a colored product with strong absorption at 450 nm. Creative Biolabs's Glucose 1-Phosphate Assay Kit is fast, sensitive and easy to use. It can detect 1µM-10 mM G1P. The assay kit can be used for a variety of sample types.
