Anti-CD30 Recombinant Immunotoxin Ki-4-dgA (Ki-4(IgG)-dgA) (CAT#: BioBet-IT041Z) Datasheet

Target
CD30
IT Type
Antibody-based IT
Description
Ki-4.dgA is an anti-CD30 immunotoxin (IT), which is constructed by attaching monoclonal antibody Ki-4 to the deglycosylated ricin A chain through sterically hindered disulfide bonds. This technique is effective both in vitro and in SCID mice with disseminated human Hodgkin lymphoma.
Indication
Hodgkin lymphoma
Classification
Immuntoxin; biobetter
Construction
Ki-4(IgG)-dgA

Cooperation Seeking

Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop our ADCC/CDC-enhanced antibodies or immutoxins. For commercial partners interested in our therapeutic biobetter product, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration.
Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.

Hodgkin lymphoma
Toxic Moiety
Deglycosylated ricin A chain (dgA)
Organism
Ricinus communis (Castor bean)
Family
Ricin
Molecular Mass
30.1 kDa
Toxic MOA
Deglycosylated ricin A chain (dgA) is an N-glycoside hydrolase composed of 267 amino acids. Ricin is a toxalbumin, a biological toxin whose mechanism of action is inhibition of protein synthesis (manufacture of proteins) in eukaryotic cells; cell death results from the absence of proteins.

The antibody portion mediated selective binding to target cells, while the toxin portion mediated translocation into the cytosol and subsequent cell killing.
