Product Type Antibody
Description In the process of complement activation, the circulating complement compound C6 combines with the C3b5b complex to form the first stage of the membrane attack complex. The formed C5b6 complex binds to C7, and then after C8 binds, it binds a variable number of C9 molecules. Complement factor C6 is an acute phase reactant, and CCAAT enhancer binding sites are essential.
