Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced B7-H3 antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.

Background The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of this gene is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels, suggesting regulation of expression of this gene product by miR29. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011]

Description ADCC-Enhanced Anti-Human B7-H3 (131I-omburtamab) Antibody is derived from clone 131I-omburtamab, which is a Murine monoclonal antibody with enhanced ADCC activity. Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) is an important function of antibody. It is a part of the humoral immune response to limit and contain infection. The antibody targets the B7-H3, and it is intended for the research of Neuroblastoma central nervous.
Antibody Indication Neuroblastoma central nervous
