Description
The glucose assay kit is a simple, direct and automated procedure for measuring glucose concentration, which has a wide range of applications in research and drug discovery. This assay is designed to directly measure glucose in serum or plasma without any pretreatment. The improved otoluidine utilizes a specific color reaction with glucose. The absorbance at 630nm is directly proportional to the glucose concentration in the sample.
