Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced Vasohibin 2 antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Alternative Names
VASH2; vasohibin 2; vasohibin-2; vasohibin-like protein
Cellular Localization
Extracellular region or secreted, Cytoskeleton
Involvement in Disease
Diseases associated with VASH2 include Aarskog-Scott Syndrome.
Function
Tyrosine carboxypeptidase removes the c-terminal tyrosine residue of tubulin, thereby regulating microtubule dynamics and function. Spindle function and accurate chromosome segregation during mitosis are critical, because microcellular denucleation regulates the length and position of the mitotic spindle. As an activator of angiogenesis: expressed in the mononuclear cells of the bud front line, promote angiogenesis. Play a role in axon formation.
Field of research

Description
The anti-vasohibin 2 antibody is capable of recognizing vasohibin 2 protein at a high specificity and inhibiting the neovascularization promoting function of vasohibin 2 protein. Thus, a medicinal composition containing the anti-vasohibin 2 antibody is appropriately usable in, for example, treating diseases, such as cancer, where neovascularization should be inhibited.
Antibody Indication
Cancer
