Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced Sortilin antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Official Name Sortilin
Full Name Sortilin
Background SORT functions as a sorting receptor in the Golgi compartment and as a clearance receptor on the cell surface. Required for protein transport from the Golgi apparatus to the lysosomes by a pathway that is independent of the mannose-6-phosphate receptor (M6PR). Lysosomal proteins bind specifically to the receptor in the Golgi apparatus and the resulting receptor-ligand complex is transported to an acidic prelysosomal compartment where the low pH mediates the dissociation of the complex.

Description ADCC-Enhanced Anti-Human Sortilin (AL001) Antibody is derived from clone AL001, which is a Human monoclonal antibody with enhanced ADCC activity. Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) is an important function of antibody. It is a part of the humoral immune response to limit and contain infection. The antibody targets the Sortilin, and it is intended for the research of Frontotemporal dementia.
Antibody Indication Frontotemporal dementia
