Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Full Name
mucosal vascular addressin cell adhesion molecule 1
Background
The protein encoded by this gene is an endothelial cell adhesion molecule that interacts preferentially with the leukocyte beta7 integrin LPAM-1 (alpha4beta7), L-selectin, and VLA-4 (alpha4beta1) on myeloid cells to direct leukocytes into mucosal and inflamed tissues. It is a member of the immunoglobulin family and is similar to ICAM1 and VCAM1. At least seven alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different protein isoforms have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined. Description
ADCC-Enhanced Anti-Human Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule (Ontamalimab) Antibody is derived from clone Ontamalimab, which is a Human monoclonal antibody with enhanced ADCC activity. Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) is an important function of antibody. It is a part of the humoral immune response to limit and contain infection. The antibody targets the Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule, and it is intended for the research of Ulcerative colitis.
Antibody Indication
Ulcerative colitis
