Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced LGR7 antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Official Name RXFP1
Full Name relaxin/insulin-like family peptide receptor 1
Background This gene encodes a member of the leucine-rich repeat-containing subgroup of the G protein-coupled 7-transmembrane receptor superfamily. The encoded protein plays a critical role in sperm motility, pregnancy and parturition as a receptor for the protein hormone relaxin. Decreased expression of this gene may play a role in endometriosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
Alternative Names RXFP1; relaxin/insulin-like family peptide receptor 1; LGR7; RXFPR1; relaxin receptor 1; leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor 7
Gene ID 59350
Cellular Localization Plasma membrane
Involvement in Disease Diseases associated with RXFP1 include Placenta Accreta and Endometriosis.
Related Pathways Its related pathways are Signaling by GPCR and GPCRs, Other.
Function Receptor for relaxin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G protein, leading to stimulation of adenylate cyclase and an increase in cAMP. The binding of ligand may also activate the tyrosine kinase pathway and inhibit the activity of phosphodiesterase that degrades cAMP.
Post-translational modifications 1.Glycosylation at Asn36, Asn127, Asn325, Asn264, Asn272, and Asn368 2.Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
