Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced JAML antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.

Related Pathways Its related pathways are Cell surface interactions at the vascular wall and Response to elevated platelet cytosolic Ca2+.
Function A transmembrane protein of the plasma membrane of leukocytes, which controls the migration and activation of leukocytes by interacting with CXADR, which is a plasma membrane receptor found on neighboring epithelial cells and endothelial cells. The interaction between these two receptors mediates the activation of gamma-delta T cells, which are a subset of T cells in epithelial cells, and are involved in tissue homeostasis and repair. Through epithelial cell cxadr binding, JAML induces downstream cell signaling events in delta T cells through pi3-kinase and MAP kinase. It leads to the proliferation of T cells and the production of cytokines and growth factors, which in turn stimulates epithelial tissue repair. It also controls the migration of leukocytes in epithelial and endothelial tissues through adhesion interaction with epithelial and endothelial CXADR.
Post-translational modifications 1.Glycosylation at Asn76 and Asn231 2.Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
