Cooperation Seeking

Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced IL2RB antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Official Name
IL2RB
Full Name
interleukin 2 receptor, beta
Background
The interleukin 2 receptor, which is involved in T cell-mediated immune responses, is present in 3 forms with respect to ability to bind interleukin 2. The low affinity form is a monomer of the alpha subunit and is not involved in signal transduction. The intermediate affinity form consists of an alpha/beta subunit heterodimer, while the high affinity form consists of an alpha/beta/gamma subunit heterotrimer. Both the intermediate and high affinity forms of the receptor are involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis and transduction of mitogenic signals from interleukin 2. The protein encoded by this gene represents the beta subunit and is a type I membrane protein.
Alternative Names
IL2RB; interleukin 2 receptor, beta; CD122; IL15RB; P70-75; interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta; p75; IL-2RB; CD122 antigen; IL-2R subunit beta; IL-2 receptor subunit beta; interleukin 15 receptor, beta; high affinity IL-2 receptor beta subunit; high affinity IL-2 receptor subunit beta

Involvement in Disease
Diseases associated with IL2RB include Immunodeficiency 63 With Lymphoproliferation And Autoimmunity and Ichthyosis.
Related Pathways
Its related pathways are Transcriptional misregulation in cancer and RET signaling.
Function
Interleukin 2 receptor. This subunit is involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis and transduction of IL2 mitotic signals. It may be related to IL15RA, involved in IL15 to stimulate phagocytosis of neutrophils.
Post-translational modifications
1.Glycosylation at Asn29, Asn43, Asn71, and Asn149 2.Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
