Anti-Human CD20-Fc silent antibody is derived from clone Rituximab, which is a Human monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20. And it is intended for the research of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Storage Instructions
Product should be stored at -80°C. Repeated freeze and thaw cycles will cause loss of activity. Use product within 24 hours after thawing and keep on ice. Remainder amounts should be aliquoted and immediately re-freezed for future use. Aliquots should never be thawed more than once. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for at least one year.

Background
CD20 is a 33-37 kD transmembrane-spanning phosphoprotein found on the surface of developing B-cells and various B-cell malignancies. CD20 is a popular target for mAb therapy because depleting developing B-cells generally does not cause permanent side effects (due to the fact that mature plasma cells and B-cell progenitors do not express CD20 and that there is limited expression of CD20 among other cell lineages).
