Description
Anti-Human CD20-Fc silent antibody is derived from clone 10F381, which is a Human monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20. And it is intended for the research of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Research Area
Cell Biology, Immunology,
Antigen Distribution
CD20 is primarily found on the surface of immune system B cells. CD20 is highly expressed in the lymph node, and to a lesser extent, the spleen and appendix.
Disease
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia
Immunogen
Recombinant Human CD20 protein
Cross reactivity
Rhesus Monkey, Cynomolgus Monkey
Application Notes
The use of diluent depends on the detection system used. It is recommended that users test reagents and determine their own optimal dilution.
Handling Advice
This product is for research use only. It is not intended for use in therapeutic or diagnostic procedures for humans or animals.
Storage Instructions
Product should be stored at -80°C. Repeated freeze and thaw cycles will cause loss of activity. Use product within 24 hours after thawing and keep on ice. Remainder amounts should be aliquoted and immediately re-freezed for future use. Aliquots should never be thawed more than once. Under recommended storage conditions, product is stable for at least one year.
Official Name
B-lymphocyte antigen CD20
Full Name
B-lymphocyte antigen CD20
Background
CD20 is a 33-37 kD transmembrane-spanning phosphoprotein found on the surface of developing B-cells and various B-cell malignancies. CD20 is a popular target for mAb therapy because depleting developing B-cells generally does not cause permanent side effects (due to the fact that mature plasma cells and B-cell progenitors do not express CD20 and that there is limited expression of CD20 among other cell lineages).
