Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced CSAp antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Official Name CSAp
Full Name Colon-specific antigen-p mucin
Background Colon-specific antigen-p (CSAp) is a large molecular-sized protein restricted to normal and neoplastic gastrointestinal tissues and to some mucinous ovarian tumors.
Alternative Names CSAp; Colon-specific antigen-p mucin
UniProt ID Q8WTT0
Cellular Localization Cytoskeleton
Involvement in Disease Diseases associated with CCSAP include Nerve Compression Syndrome and Median Rhomboid Glossitis.
Function It plays a role in the stability of microtubules (MT), which involves the maintenance of spindle NUMA1. Co-localize with polyglutaminated MTs to promote MT stability and regulate the formation of mitosis of the bipolar spindle. During mitosis, CCSAP binds to the centrosome and the spindle around the centrosome, inhibiting MT depolymerization, and stabilizing the mitotic spindle may play a role in embryonic development. Proper ciliary beating (through similarity) may be required.
Post-translational modifications 1.Modification sites at neXtProt 2.Modification sites at PhosphoSitePlus
