Vorsetuzumab mafodotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) directed to the protein CD70 designed for the treatment of cancer. It is a humanized monoclonal antibody, vorsetuzumab, conjugated with noncleavable monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF), a cytotoxic agent.
