Cooperation Seeking
Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced CD3 epsilon antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.

Full Name CD3e Molecule
Background
CD3E (CD3e Molecule) is a Protein Coding gene.
Diseases associated with CD3E include Immunodeficiency 18 and T-B+ Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Due To Cd3delta/Cd3epsilon/Cd3zeta.
Among its related pathways are G-protein signaling N-RAS regulation pathway and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway.
Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include protein heterodimerization activity and signal transducer activity.

Involvement in Disease Its related pathways are Nur77 Signaling in T-Cell and NF-KappaB Family Pathway.
Related Pathways Part of the TCR-CD3 complex exists on the surface of t lymphocytes and plays an important role in the adaptive immune response. When antigen-presenting cells (APCs) activate T cell receptors (TCR), TCR-mediated signals are transmitted through the cell membrane through the CD3 chain CD3D, CD3E, CD3G, and CD3Z. The cytoplasmic domains of all CD3 chains contain tyrosine-based immune receptor activation motifs (ITAMs). When TCR is involved, these motifs are phosphorylated by Src family protein tyrosine kinases LCK and FYN, leading to the activation of downstream signaling pathways (PubMed: 2470098). In addition to the role of signal transduction in the activation of T cells, CD3E also plays an important role in the correct development of T cells. By forming two heterodimers, CD3D/CD3E and CD3G/CD3E, the assembly of the TCR-CD3 complex is initiated. The endocytic sequence that exists through the cytoplasmic region of CD3E participates in the internalization of the TCR-CD3 complex and the down-regulation of the cell surface (PubMed: 10384095, PubMed: 26507128).
