Obiltoxaximab is an affinity-improved monoclonal antibody (Mab) used to prevent and treat infections and deaths caused by anthrax toxins. Obiltoxaximab (ETI-204, trade name Anthim) is a IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody (mAb). Obiltoxaximab combines with the PA component of Bacillus anthracis toxin to prevent and treat infections and deaths caused by anthrax toxin.
