Description Creative Biolabs' newly designed ADP assay kit provides a convenient fluorescence assay method that can determine ADP levels even in the presence of ATP. In the assay, ADP is converted to ATP and pyruvate. Then quantify the generated pyruvate by fluorescence method (Ex / Em = 530 / 590nm). The determination method is simple, sensitive, stable, high-throughput adaptability, and can detect as low as 0.1 ADP in biological samples.
Features
•Safety. Non-radioactive determination.
•Sensitive and accurate. It can be quantified as low as 0.1 ADP.
•Similar and convenient. Type determination of "mixed cultivation measures". No washing and reagent transfer steps are involved.
•Rugged and suitable for HTS: It can be easily automated on the HTS liquid handling system, processing thousands of samples every day.
