ADCC-Enhanced Anti-Human HBsAg (Lenvervimab) Antibody is derived from clone Lenvervimab, which is a Humanized monoclonal antibody with enhanced ADCC activity. Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) is an important function of antibody. It is a part of the humoral immune response to limit and contain infection. The antibody targets the HBsAg, and it is intended for the research of Hepatitis B virus-associated liver transplant.

Similar to the parental antibody Lenvervimab, ADCC-Enhanced Anti-Human HBsAg (Lenvervimab) Antibody targets to the antigen HBsAg, achieving ADCC-enhanced antibody by reducing fucosylation of the Fc region of parental antibody, leading to an increased binding affinity for the FcyR receptor on immune effector cells.
