Cooperation Seeking

Creative Biolabs is interested in collaborating with potential partners (include but not limit to major pharma or biotech firms) to further co-develop ADCC-enhanced Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor antibody. For commercial partners interested in our ADCC-enhanced therapeutic antibodies, Creative Biolabs welcomes collaboration. Here are two ways for your choice, and please contact us for more details.
1) Collaborate with us and co-develop the programs from discovery phase to IND enabling. Costs will be shared.
2) Become a licensed candidate of our programs.
Looking forward to cooperating with you in the near future.
Official Name
CSF3R
Full Name
colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte)
Background
The protein encoded by this gene is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Mutations in this gene are a cause of Kostmann syndrome, also known as severe congenital neutropenia.
Alternative Names
CD114; GCSFR; CSF3R; colony stimulating factor 3 receptor (granulocyte)
Gene ID
UniProt ID
Cellular Localization
Plasma membrane, Extracellular region or secreted
Involvement in Disease
Diseases associated with CSF3R include Neutropenia, Severe Congenital, 7, Autosomal Recessive and Neutrophilia, Hereditary.
Related Pathways
Its related pathways are AKT Siganaling Pathway and Hematopoietic cell lineage.
Function
The receptor for granulocyte colony stimulating factor (CSF3) is essential for granulocyte maturation. It plays a vital role in the proliferation, differentiation and survival of neutrophils. In addition, it may play a role in some adhesion or recognition events on the cell surface.
Field of research
Cancer antibody; Developmental Biology antibody; Immune System antibody
Post-translational modifications
N-glycosylated.
Biologic Classification
Protein Based Therapies
Monoclonal antibody (mAb)
Antibody Isotype
IgG
Antibody Clone
5D11
Host
Human
Species Reactivity
Human
Description
This is a fully human antibody that binds to the G-CSFR, and neutralises the activity of G-CSF in various in vitro assays. It inhibits the G-CSF mediated expression of CXCR1 and CXCR2 on neutrophils which correlates with reduced migratory potential to various chemo-attractants. In vivo NHP studies demonstrate that administration of It is well tolerated and does not result in neutropenia supporting the development of this antibody for indications where neutrophils contribute to the disease pathogenesis.
Indication
