L-Lactate Assay Kit (Colorimetric/Fluorometric) (CAT#: CB-P141-K) Datasheet

Product Type
Kit
Description
The L-lactic acid assay kit (colorimetric/Fluorometric) provides a convenient to detect L(+)-lactic acid in biological samples such as blood, cells, culture media, and fermentation media. Treatment or purification.
In the lactate assay protocol, lactate reacts specifically with the enzyme mixture to produce a product, which interacts with the lactate probe to produce color (570 nm) and Fluorometric (at Ex / Em = 535/587 nm).
The amylase assay kit (colorimetric) detects the activity of α-amylase through a two-step reaction.
