Description
Creative Biolabs' Malic Acid assay Kit is a simple and sensitive assay that can measure the level of malic acid L(-) in a variety of samples. In the assay, malic acid is specifically oxidized to produce a product, which reacts with the substrate probe to produce a color (λmax = 450 nm). This assay can detect 1-10 nmol of malic acid in a 50 µl sample, with a assay sensitivity of about 20 µM.
