Pyruvate Assay Kit (CAT#: CB-P145-K) Datasheet

Product Type
Kit
Description
The pyruvate assay kit (colorimetry/Fluorometric) provides a simple, direct and automated ready procedure for measuring in various biological samples (such as blood, cells, culture media, fermentation media, etc.) Pyruvate concentration.
In the pyruvate assay protocol, pyruvate is oxidized by pyruvate oxidase through an enzymatic reaction to produce color (λ = 570 nm) and Fluorometric (at Ex / Em = 535/587 nm). Since the color or Fluorometric intensity is directly proportional to the pyruvate content, the pyruvate concentration can be accurately measured.
