Description
ALDH activity assay kit (colorimetric) is a simple, rapid and reliable to quantify ALDH enzyme activity. In this assay, acetaldehyde is oxidized by ALDH to generate NADH, and then the colorless probe is reduced to a colored product with a strong absorbance at 450 nm. This assay can detect ALDH activity <0.5 mU in various samples.
